This policy is a launch draft and must be reviewed once the final vendors, retention periods, and business entity are known.

Information we collect

For senders, we collect account identity, contact information, and verified phone numbers. For recipients without accounts, we collect the phone number and its consent and opt-out history. We also process payment references, message safety decisions, delivery metadata, and security signals.

How we use it

We use this information to operate GhostRepel, verify eligibility, process payments, prevent abuse, enforce policies, respond to support requests, and comply with law.

Recipient-facing anonymity

We do not show a sender’s name, account, or phone number to the message recipient. This does not make a sender anonymous to GhostRepel.

Mobile information

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process data only to operate the service.
