Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide truthful account information, including your real name and phone number. You are responsible for securing your account.

Messaging eligibility

You may send only while your verified account number has an active GHOSTED opt-in. Messages may be delivered only to a phone number with an active GHOSTED opt-in. The recipient does not need an account.

Anonymity and accountability

Your identity is hidden from the recipient, but not from GhostRepel. We may use or disclose account information to investigate abuse, enforce these terms, protect people, or respond to valid legal process.

Prohibited use

You may not threaten, harass, stalk, coerce, impersonate, disclose private information, send unlawful content, automate sending, or use GhostRepel to bypass a block or request for no contact.

Messaging terms

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
